Purdue University Week Four and Five


June 29th –July 2nd  
RECIPE TESTING 
The interns spent the week recipe testing different salad options for the Sporting Event that will be happening at Purdue University in the end of July. Two salads were prepared a Seriously Smoked Up  salad made by Ashley Mascia and a Honey Mustard vinaigrette made by Holly Schneider.

FOURTH OF JULY THEMED FARMERS MARKET 
Before our Fourth of July weekend started we ended the week with our weekly Farmers Market but we dressed up in the spirit of Fourth of July!

July 6th - July 10th 
PALS Wiley Dining Court 
The interns worked at the PALS event which is a day time camp for kids. We prepared  lunch meals for the kids along with serving food. 
The interns try to incorporate Purdue University's Dining and Catering theme in every new task given.

Afreen and Holly had the pleasure to work in the Kitchen preparing meals for the Two Weddings that took place at the Purdue Memorial Union.
