UWyo Week 8: The Last Week

Wow, where did the time go?! 8 weeks sounds like a long time but it truly does fly. I am extremely thankful to have had this amazing opportunity to meet and learn from the wonderful people at the University of Wyoming. Click below to see what Lee and I accomplished in our final week!

Week 8!

To any perspective interns, I would highly recommend this internship. It allows you the opportunity to see how a large scale foodservice operation runs and to ask questions from people in the field that truly want to teach you and help you succeed. I definitely have a new perspective regarding what needs to happen in order to run a foodservice operation and would love to further pursue a career in foodservice as a result!
